Welcome

This section is dedicated to the people giving a talk or displaying a poster during the conference.

On behalf of the Organization Committee, FOSS4G Europe 2017 is very grateful for the valuable input you contributed to the program. Please follow the instructions gathered in this section as much as possible, or refer to the speakers desk anytime. Thank you again and have a great time !

SPEAKERS DESK

The Speaker’s welcome desk will be opened as follows:

  • Tuesday 18th July: 09:00-18:00
  • Wednesday 19th July: 08:00-18:00
  • Thursday 20th: 08:00-18:00

ORAL PRESENTATION GUIDELINES

You must copy your presentation media on the computer at the speaker’s welcome desk.

You can send your presentation beforehand by email to: didier.richard@ign.fr.

The presentation room is equipped with a master computer, which shall be used for all presentations.

The master computer is not connected to the internet.

You will not be allowed to download your presentation to the master computer in your talk room.

You will not be allowed to connect your own laptop to the video projector.

Speakers should bring a backup copy of their presentation(s) on a USB stick or external hard drive.

POSTER GUIDELINES

The useable surface on your individual poster board is 0,90 m (W) x 1,50m (H).

We recommend to affix the poster using the adhesive tape which will be provided at the welcome desk.

You must put up your Poster as from Tuesday 18th July 16:00

Your Poster should stay on display during the full three conference days.

Please remove your poster and take it back with you on Friday 21st 2017 before 18:30.
